I am forever inspired by the resiliency and unbridled curiosity of children. I believe in the power of being grounded and present to witness and encourage healing while celebrating the innate capacity for growth and change. I hope that through my blog you will find some inspiration on diverse experiences to offer opportunities for expression for children, teens, and adults in your lives! I work as a behavioral health therapist in Cincinnati, Ohio and have experience in school, outpatient, and home based settings. I also have a passion for drawing and writing and have written two social emotional picture books for children. Buttons the Brave Blue Kitten is a story that promotes emotional literacy and empathy through a story of separation anxiety. It teaches the power of attunement with caring adults and the use of loving rituals.
